The sales terms apply to the customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) of the online store Trumanpro.com and KLIN OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “Trumanpro.com”) regarding the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods.
By registering as a user of Trumanpro.com and/or purchasing products, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions and the rights and obligations set forth by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Trumanpro.com reserves the right to make changes to the sales terms and prices. Such changes will be reflected on the Trumanpro.com website.
2) Conclusion of a Sales Contract
Trumanpro.com sells and the Client purchases the products offered in the online store.
The sales contract between Trumanpro.com and the Client comes into effect once the amount due according to the order confirmation has been received in the KLIN OÜ bank account.
By placing an order and making a payment in the Trumanpro.com online store, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to the sales terms.
3) Prices
All prices displayed in the Trumanpro.com online store are in euros and exclude delivery costs.
Trumanpro.com reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Client has placed an order before a price change takes effect, the price stated on the invoice at the time of order placement will apply. The Client has no right to request a refund for any price differences.
4) Order Placement and Payment
When paying for an order, the Client can choose a suitable payment method. The Client must pay 100% of the order amount to confirm the order.
The sales contract is deemed concluded, and order processing begins immediately after the Client has paid 100% of the order amount.
5) Delivery
After the sales contract is in effect (payment received), Trumanpro.com processes the order and hands it over to logistics partners for delivery.
The delivery times indicated on the Trumanpro.com website apply from the moment the invoice is paid.
If the destination or agreed delivery time changes, the Client must immediately notify Trumanpro.com before the order is delivered.
The accuracy of the order details provided by the Client affects the avoidance of delays and misunderstandings in delivery. Trumanpro.com is not responsible for delivery delays or misunderstandings caused by incorrect details provided by the Client during order placement.
Trumanpro.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or unforeseen events.
6) Right of Return
According to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 56 (1), the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods.
The Client must notify us immediately after receiving the order.
The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The product must be packed properly for return. Products with damaged packaging or products that are damaged will not be accepted for return.
Non-returnable products:
Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be verified.
Items that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Food products are non-returnable.
The return shipping costs are borne by the Client unless the reason for the return is an incorrect or defective product.
If the order had free shipping, the Client must cover the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, the Client must submit a written return request via email to info@trumanpro.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
The request must include the Client’s name, product name, and invoice or order number.
Refunds for returned products will be processed immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return request.
In addition to the product cost, the delivery cost is also refunded.
7) Complaints Procedure
According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Client has the right to file a complaint within two years of receiving the product in case of non-compliance with the contract terms.
If a defect appears within the first six months, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of purchase, and the seller must determine the nature of the defect.
If a defect appears, the Client must notify Trumanpro.com via email info@trumanpro.com and provide the following details:
Name
Contact information
Description of the defect
The notification must be sent no later than two months after discovering the defect.
Trumanpro.com is not responsible for:
Damage caused by the Client’s fault or negligence.
Defects resulting from improper use of the product.
Normal wear and tear of the product due to regular use.
8) Liability and Force Majeure
Trumanpro.com and the Client are liable for damages caused to the other party due to a breach of these terms to the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Trumanpro.com is not liable for any damage caused to the Client or for delays in product delivery if such damage or delay is caused by circumstances beyond Trumanpro.com’s control or by unforeseen events.
9) Privacy
By using the Trumanpro.com website, the Client gives explicit and informed consent for Trumanpro.com to process their personal data.
Trumanpro.com uses the information provided by the Client only for order fulfillment and does not disclose it to third parties.
10) Other Terms
Any disputes arising from these terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the Client may turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or the court.
Trumanpro.com also has the right to seek legal protection in court.
